All bows currently ship within 2-5 business days unless otherwise stated. Actual delivery time is based on shipping method chosen and your location.
Please contact us within 24 hours if you need to cancel your order. We will not cancel orders after this time has passed.
For any changes to your order, such as address changes, please contact us ASAP so we can make the necessary adjustments!
Please contact your local post office if your package appears lost or says it has been delivered but is not there. They can pull up the GPS coordinates of where your package was delivered to help locate it.
Lark + Laurel is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once there is a delivery confirmation. You must file a claim with USPS.
TRACKING ISN'T UPDATING
If your package seems stalled, stuck, or tracking has stopped updating, please try the following
- Sign up for text notifications. Typically this will get your tracking to update within a day ot two
- Call USPS with your tracking number. They can usually see where the package was last and can get things moving again.
International orders may have additional fees or taxes. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties associated with their packages. We cannot declare your item a gift, as it is illegal to do so in the US. If an international order is returned to us, we cannot resend and you will be refunded minus shipping.
